- A beautiful site put out by the Library of Congress for the Social Studies/History
exploration. It is an internet-based inquiry lesson model where students can use their research
skills to explore America of the past using documents and artifacts of the time. This is an
interdisciplinary project for upper elementary, middle school, and high school ages.
