The incident occurred the afternoon of Nov. 6 at Tutor Time daycare center, 151 W. Mineral Ave.

Seattle, Washington: June 1998 - Charlotte, was pronounced dead at Children's Hospital & Regional Medical Center last Wednesday after the owner of a licensed home day-care center in Monroe called 911 earlier in the day to report the child wasn't breathing.
