The clouds of doubt have passed me now,
The rain has stopped pouring down.
The storm that had frighten me
Has finally at last let me be.

I can see the sun shinning through,
The crystal drops of the morning dew.
A prettier picture, I can draw
Now, that I am ready to face it all.

No more shame or hurt, I need to feel,
No more past can still be real,
I will overcome what lies ahead;
I am finding much happiness instead.

I may fail as I often do
But I will still make it through;
Another day, another year,
Lot more smiles, and a lot less fear.

I will take my many mistakes
Change them into something great,
Put in a new future tape,
And get my life in better shape.

I can see a brighter future now,
I can make my goals somehow;
I don't need to rely on past mistakes,
I will learn to find my given place.

Whatever happens with my hopes, my dreams,
I will put away my pain and screams;
I'm looking positively with no sorrow,
For a better and brighter tomorrow.
